WARLORD SURRENDERS

LIBE KOI,one the most wanted warloads in Hela Province has surrendered on Sunday. Libe Koi's from Pujaro village in the Tagali Llg of Tari, Hela Province.

He made his surrender witnessed by police, army and Hela Provincial Administration personnel and is calling onto other warlords and warring tribes to put down their arms and give themselves in for the betterment of the province.
