1. The Claim to be representing the Customary Landowners, the people of Motuan and Koitabuan Tribes should stop. If you do not have the blessing then be mindful. Speak within your limits. If you do not know demarcation or Traditional and Customary Land Boundaries of who are the Owners of Paga Hill. Please refrain.The long dragging issue of Paga Hill and some of the hilarious claims by a few of the Settlers need to be addressed and closed.

2. Human Rights. Yes the "manner" of which Settlers were removed was heartwrenching and sad. And seeking Justice for loss of Properties and Houses, personal effects is your right. But note that you all were Illegally Squatting

3. Illegal Settlers

"Illegal". read and understand and comprehend the word.

Do not become like the White Australia that has been killing Aborigines for Centuries to own something you do not.

4. Paga Hill Settlers Some were compensated and others refused to take the money.
But you were also given Land free.... CUSTOMARY LAND in both Six mile and Gerehu. More than most citizens in Port Moresby who are looking for Land to build homes. Most are renting.

Better Arrangements and Greater Things can be achieved if and when we learn respect.

You don't need to be told that's it not your Land. You know it already. You've been educated enough by God and man.

Our various Chiefs and elders of Different Clans have also spoken in the past and present of wanting Unleased, Unpaid and Crown Lands returned to our People.

The British High Commission as well as Australian High Commission have been approached on these matters to Decolonise our people and yes to reform our Constitution to suit our Culture and Traditions. To respect the Landowner and the Natives to each Customary Land Boundary. These if addressed will also protect your Land in future with growth and development.

Turning Settlements into Suburbs must be done properly.
Taxes and Management of the City

The Governance

Leasing and no selling of Land.
Reducing the cost of Real Estate
City Planning to modernise our Villages and the City itself. Land Space is an issue.
Build upwards in the form of affordable condominiums and apartments.

Vagrants should be deported back to Place of Origin for safety, for others to also be able to make other Towns grow by fair distribution. Pull the attractions back to Districts and Provinces

We need to clean up this City to change, to reform, To develop and to improve. This can not be achieved if we continue in the way we have these past four (4),decades heading five (5).

Those in our Central Political Seats of Governancy and Members of which four are now Ministers.
The four Seats in NCD are held by Aliens and yes We can challenge you for those Seats.

Yes we all have contributed to the growing of this City and the Country.... But you are educated by God and Man to do the right thing of Respect and Moral.
