Kudjip High School and Primary School in Jiwaka Province have been vandalized early this Monday by supporters of a losing candidate in the 2019 LLG elections.
FM100 News was reliably informed by several concerned individuals that up to 15 computers belonging to the schools have been destroyed by the supporters of the second runner up after the sitting councilor won his seat again.
Nancy Epaina, a vendor at the gate of the Kudjip Nazarene Hospital said people are concerned that their children would be missing classes this week.
She called on the Police to arrest perpetrators because innocent students are going to be affected.
Meanwhile, a man from Banz has been hospitalized at Kudjip hospital after he was attacked with bush knives over the weekend.
This also follows clashes resulting from the LLG elections.
